Our Team

Andrew has over 30 years experience in the irrigation industry beginning as an installer and progressed through retail sales and managing several regional stores for a major national irrigation company.

Andrew co-founded Water Plus Irrigation in 2005 and is now the sole owner.

He is currently the only industry (IAL) certified irrigation designer in the Goulburn Valley and also holds a Diploma of Irrigation.

Andrew is responsible for designing and quoting major projects.

Irrigation Designer

Matt has a vast knowledge of the Goulburn Valley's irrigation requirements, having worked in the irrigation industry since 2003. Matt has a sales, purchasing and design background and is now working exclusively as a designer. He completed a Diploma in Business Management in 2014 locally in Shepparton. He is a stalwart of the Undera Lions FC and enjoys golf and poker.

Retail Manager

Sam has been with us since 2010 and worked part time for 3 years whilst studying a Bachelor of Business locally at Shepparton's La Trobe campus. He majored in Management and Marketing and now works in a marketing / sales capacity. Outside of work he loves his footy and is currently playing at Dookie United Football Netball Club.

Administration

"Juls" is the most organised employee we have ever had. She is well known amongst our customers and suppliers. Nothing gets past Juls and accounts are always in order at Water Plus thanks to her. She works 4 days a week whilst raising 3 growing boys and taking an active role in the Congupna community.

Retail Sales

Renee joined our team in late 2015. Her bright and bubbly personality is a hit with customers and she is always willing to help out and learn new things. She is currently studying a diploma of marketing which makes her a great asset to the sales team.    

Technical Sales

Greg brings a wealth of experience to our sales team. He has been in the irrigation game for 18 years, having previously been a farmer and also a real estate agent. His in-depth knowledge across all facets of irrigation make him an invaluable inclusion to our team. Outside of work he is a keen lawn bowler and is involved in his beloved football club. He hails from one of the regions more interesting named locality, Naringaningalook.

Service Manager

Geoff is our Service Manager. He has years of industry experience having previously worked in landscaping and poly irrigation. His experience as an installer and manager ensure that we can provide the high quality installation and service that you have come to enjoy.

Installation and Maintenance Crew

Jarrod is a qualified landscaper who is a previous Apprentice of the Year as awarded by the Shepparton Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has a passion for irrigation and he delivers high quality work in record times. He's the guy you need if your house sprinklers are playing up or if you need some put in. He's enjoying the challenges of commercial irrigation as well.

Installation & Maintenance Crew

Irrigation runs through this bloke's veins. The son of the business owner, Tom is plying his trade in the family business currently completing an Irrigation Apprenticeship. He has become a valuable asset to the team bringing a practical approach and leadership qualities. He relishes the opportunity to tell a yarn or two whilst donning the iconic Aussie Akubra, and has built up a great rapport with our customers and staff.

Installation & Maintenance Crew

Jack is a qualified landscaper who joined our team in late 2017. He made an immediate impact with his enthusiasm and passion for work. Having relevant field experience coupled with a desire to learn new things, "Robbo" has taken to irrigation like a duck to water. He's a hit with customers and staff alike, always going the extra mile to get the job done. Jack is a passionate Carlton Blues supporter who continues to remain loyal despite their dismal onfield performance of recent times.

Sales 

Nathan has been with us since 2017. He has become an important part of our sales team and a familiar face for our customers. Nath is quickly developing his skills having recently participated in a variety of training focusing on pumping and system automation. In Nath's spare time he contends and defends multiple titles at the local bowling alley and across the state.
